1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the bdbjet website and mobile application. bdbjet is an internationally licensed online betting and casino platform serving users in Bangladesh.

By accessing or creating an account on bdbjet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use bdbjet.

1.1 Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting must not be prohibited by law in your country of residence.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• Residents of restricted countries or regions are not permitted to use bdbjet.

2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering with bdbjet. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be closed at any time.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person is allowed only one bdbjet account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

• Only one account may be registered per mobile number or email address.
• Members of the same household may register separate accounts, but multiple accounts cannot be used from the same device.
• Attempting to create multiple accounts using a VPN or proxy is grounds for account closure.

2.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact bdbjet support immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

After registration, bdbjet may verify your identity. You may be asked to submit a national ID, passport, or other documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on bdbjet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless voided by bdbjet.

3.1 Bet Limits

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50
• Maximum bet limits vary depending on the event and market.
• Maximum payout limits are set by bdbjet and are subject to change.

3.2 Odds Changes

Bdbjet may adjust odds after a bet is accepted if the displayed odds were the result of an obvious error or technical fault. In such cases, the bet will be recalculated at the corrected odds or voided and the stake refunded.

3.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. However, if the match is rescheduled and bdbjet determines the result to be valid, the bet will stand.

3.4 Live Betting

Live betting markets may close at any time. bdbjet is not responsible for bets that fail to process due to network issues. Odds change rapidly during live events, so please verify before placing your bet.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Bdbjet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which can be found in detail on the Bonus page. General bonus conditions are outlined below.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the bonus.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 15.

4.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each person may claim a bonus only once per offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonus funds can only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of issuance and will expire automatically thereafter.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bdbjet supports all major mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secure and encrypted.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted.
• Depositing using another person's account or card is not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.

5.3 Payment Fees

6 KYC & Identity Verification

To comply with international regulations and anti-money laundering laws, bdbjet verifies user identity under certain circumstances.

• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above a certain amount.
• Accepted documents: National ID Card, Passport, Driving License.
• A utility bill or bank statement may be required for address verification.
• All submitted documents are stored with the highest level of security.
• Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions or closure.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Bdbjet may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Managing Multiple Accounts
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Providing False Information
• Suspicion of Money Laundering or Illegal Activity
• Account Use by Anyone Under 18

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support directly.

8 Responsible Gaming

Bdbjet believes betting is for entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all users to bet responsibly.

• All accounts have the option to set deposit limits.
• A cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion option is available in your account settings.
• Allowing anyone under 18 to use your account is strictly prohibited.

10 Dispute Resolution

• Disputes regarding bet outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the match ending.
• Payment disputes must be reported within 14 days of the transaction date.
• Bdbjet's decision shall be considered final.

11 Changes to Terms

Bdbjet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on-site notification.
